Forgot or don't know GM Online Username and Password / หากลืมหรือไม่ทราบบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน G.M. Online หรือ พาสเวิร์ด ต้องทำอย่างไร

GM Online Username และ Password มีไว้เพื่อเข้าใช้งานระบบผ่านหน้าเว็ปไซต์  www.gmtour.com 

GM Online Username มี 2 ประเภท คือ  

  1. GM Online Admin User (จะลงท้ายด้วย -01)
  2. GM Online User ทั่วไป (Sub-user)
  • GM Online Admin User จะทำหน้าที่เสมือน Main Admin มีความสามารถในการสร้าง GM Online User (Sub-user)  โดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนผู้ใช้งาน รวมไปถึงกำหนดสิทธิ์ เปลี่ยนแปลง ลบผู้ใช้งานหรือสร้างพาสเวิร์ด ของแต่ละผู้ใช้งานที่สร้างขึ้นมา 

กรณีที่ลูกค้าลืม Admin Password

> ไปที่หน้า www.gmtour.com 

> กด Forgot password 

> ใส่ GM Online Admin username(ที่ลงท้ายด้วย -01) และกรอกข้อมูลรายละเอียด อีเมล์ผู้มีอำนาจแล้วกด Submit form

> ทีมงานจะดำเนินการส่ง GM Online Admin Username และ Password ภายใน 1-2 วันทำการ

หากผู้ใช้งานลืม GM Online Username หรือ Password

> ให้ติดต่อ GM Online Admin User ของบัญชีท่าน เพื่อ reset หรือแจ้งเตือนว่า User หรือ Password คืออะไร

โดย GM Online Admin User สามารถทำการเองได้โดยไปที่

> www.gmtour.com > Log In > Manage User

There are 2 types of GM Online users:

  1. GM Online Admin User (ends with -01)
  2. GM Online User (Sub-user)
  • GM Online Admin User is your account's Main Admin. This user can create unlimited sub-users, set access permissions, edit or delete sub-users, and manages sub-users' passwords.

Forgot GM Online Admin Password

> Go to www.gmtour.com 

> Click 'Forgot Password'

> Enter your Admin Username (ends with -01) and fill in form

> We will process and deliver your required username and password within 1-2 business days.

Forgot Sub-user's Username or Password

> Contact your GM Online Admin User to reset your username or password.

Admin User to 

> Go to www.gmtour.com

> Log in with your Admin username (ends with -01)

> Go to Manage User applications
