1. Violation of booking: Fraudulent booking practices.

6 | Fraudulent Manipulation of Point of Commencement (POC Violation) | For unauthorized manipulation of Point of Commencement. |
7 | Fraudulent Manipulation of Booking Locale (POS Violation) | For booking willfully conducted from a country other than where the journey begins, with the intention of securing seats, etc. |
8 | Booking Class Fraud | For not issuing in booking class specified by the fare, or for issuing in different booking class than the PNR. |
9 | Fictitious Booking | For fictitious bookings. |
10 | Scatter Booking | For making group bookings which have same itinerary in multiple PNRs. |
11 | Secure Flight Passenger Data | For failure to register SFPD required by country of travel. |
12 | Disregarding Cabotage | For disregarding the cabotage rule issued by each government. |
13 | Discarding Unused Segments | For failure to remove nonticketed unused segments (HK, TK, KK, HX, UN, UC, NO etc.). |
14 | Discarding Passive Segments Not Used for Ticketing | For failure to remove passive segments (GK, YK, DS etc.) not used for ticketing more than 24 hours prior to flight departure. |
15 | PNR Claim | For processing PNR claim which is not approved by the airlines. |
General: The policy is in line with Industry standards and GM will charge agents based on the amount of Airline’s ADMs issuance.
Scope: For booking on Agent’s OID/PCC and any booking that agent created via GM Reserve Flight. These charges are even charged when the passenger would never travel.
- Terms of chargeable
- GM Tour reserves the right to apply this policy at any time after the effective date.
- GM Tour may add or remove any parameters as per business need with no prior intimation.
- GM Tour reserves the right to raise chargeable for fraudulent practices from time to time and not necessarily limited to the above violations.
- The charges structure.
- The charges applicable will be charged along with Airline’s ADMs.
- GM Tour will inform Airline’s ADMs information to the agent before billing.
- Any disputes will have to be resolved before the billing period and through email after the charges have been informed. No disputes will be taken over by telephone.
- If no response from the agent or no disputes resolved, GM Tour will issuance the agent invoice on the same period as the Airline's ADMs billing.

* We recommend the agent to book and issue SOTO tickets within the same day. This is because SOTO
tickets price fluctuates daily according to the exchange rate.
3. GM Reserve Flight
Reserve Flights is an online booking tool for agents’ convenience to check fare, flight schedules, available seating, ticket conditions and make bookings.
Terms of Service
- The system will process your bookings with airlines and GDS only. Confirm to reserve booking, not issue ticket.
- In the case of Instant Ticketing for NDC or LCCs tickets, the system will issue tickets instantly and send you confirmation email, invoice, and E-tickets.
- GM is not responsible for the 'last ticketed date' sent from airlines. Ticket Deadline will be notified along with your booking confirmation via email.
- Fare conditions are according to airlines. Subject to change without prior notice.
- Fare is not guaranteed until ticket(s) are issued.
- Information presented by GM is for reference and does not affect airline conditions.
- The agent is responsible for any ADMs if incompliance with the airline’s policy for all PNR modifications, updates, changes or created by the agent.
4. Ticket Vendor
Ticket Vendor is an application developed by G.M Tour & Travel to bring more convenience for customers. Simply transfer your queue to G.M. and you can self-issue your ticket automatically. You can now select the fares that you wish to issue and self-void your ticket of the ticket issued date.
Terms of Service
- Open 24 hours.
- Select fare to issue.
- Payment: pay by Credit Card or GM Credit.
- Void without charge up to 11.45pm of issue date.
5. Unavailable Services via Staff

6. OID/PCC Registration.
- To verify Agent identity and show ownership.
- To update Agency profile.
- To know about the unique features and benefits (Agent Specific Promotions/Selected Agent).
- To enable online applications (Reserve Flight, Ticket Vendor).
- Take responsibility for Agency actions.
7. EOS (1A) & Open Branch (1S) & Consolidator Code (1G)
- Extended Ownership Security (EOS)
- PNO: Allows the retrieval of individual PNRs by all methods.
- PNN: Allows the retrieval of individual PNRs by record locator only.
- PNG: Allows the retrieval of group PNRs by all methods.
- PNL: Allows the retrieval of group PNRs by record locator only.
Remark: Owner office ID = Agent’s 1A OID // Receiver office ID = GM’s 1A Ticketing OID

8. Responsibility.
- GM’s responsibility for incorrect ticketing processing.
- Agent’s responsibility for own reservation including agent self-actions through GM’s Reserve Flight and GM’s Ticket Vendor.
9. Non-normality practices
- Incorrect Reservations/Risk for ADM, guaranteed issuance by Agent or Airlines.
- Non-registration OID&PCC, guaranteed issuance by Agent or GDS.
