หากตั๋วของลูกค้าสามารถขอคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ ลูกค้าสามารถทำได้ด้วยตัวเองตามวิธี ดังนี้
1. เข้าใช้งาน GM Online
2. ไปที่เมนู 'Manage Booking' และเลือกแท็บ 'Void / Change / Refund / Cancel'
3. ค้นหา PNR (Booking Reference) ของลูกค้าที่ต้องการขอคืนเงิน
4. ใน Booking List, เลือกปุ่ม View เพื่อเข้าสู่ PNR ของลูกค้า
5. ใน PNR Details, เลือกปุ่ม Refund (ทางขวามือ ด้านบนของหน้าจอ)
6.เลือก Refund Type
- Voluntary Refund
- Tax Refund
7. เลือกทุกเบอร์ตั๋ว รายละเอียดการขอคืนเงินจะแสดงตามหมายเลขตั๋ว
> กรณีเลือกบางเบอร์ตั๋วระบบจะส่งอีเมลให้ทีม GM ticketing เพื่อทำการ split PNR และดำเนินการคืนเงิน
8. กดปุ่ม Submit Refund ระบบจะทำการรีฟันด์ทันที
9. ระบบจะแสดงเลข Refund Reference (RF), วันที่ทำรีฟันด์, และยอดเงิน

Your ticket is eligible for an online refund. You can process the refund yourself by following these steps:
1. Login to GM Online
2. Open the 'Manage Booking' menu, and select the 'Void / Change / Refund / Cancel' tab.
3. Search for your PNR (Booking Reference).
4. In the Booking List, click View next to your booking.
5. In the PNR Details, click the Refund button (On the top right of the screen.).
6. Select the type of refund:
- Voluntary Refund
- Tax Refund
7. Select all tickets, refund details will display individually per ticket number.
> In case selected some tickets, the system will send an email to GM ticketing team to split the PNR and process a refund.
8. Click Submit Refund to process the refund immediately.
9. System will display Refund Reference (RF) Number, Request Date, and Amount.
