เงื่อนไข:
1. หาก Agent สามารถเช็ค Fare/Tax diff และ Penalty fee ต่าง ๆ ของสายการบินได้ ให้ Agentใส่ข้อมูลดังกล่าวให้ทาง GM รับทราบ เพื่อทาง GM จะทำการ Recheck ให้อีกครั้ง หากข้อมูลถูกต้องตามที่ Agent เช็คมา GM จะตอบกลับอีเมลว่ารับทราบและดำเนินการต่อ
2. หาก Agent ไม่ทราบข้อมูล และต้องการให้ทาง GM เช็คให้ รบกวนทาง Agent แจ้งวันที่ต้องการจะเดินทางใหม่ และใส่ข้อมูลที่สำคัญมาให้ครบถ้วน ทาง GM จะทำการเช็คเงื่อนไข และแจ้งกลับเพื่อให้ Agent ยืนยันกลับมา และดำเนินการต่อ
Conditions:
1. Please input Fare/Tax diff and Penalty fee if you’ve checked with the airline. We will recheck the conditions, if correct, we will inform you and proceed to change to your bookings.
2. If you do not know any details on the new bookings, please put in the new itinerary date and key information for us to check the conditions accordingly. We will inform you back of the conditions and proceed to change once you’ve confirmed.

- กด Open Email Template
- ใน Subject Line > ใส่ PNR แทน ?
- กรอกข้อมูล Mandatory
- กรอกข้อมูล Optional ถ้าต้องการ
- กดส่ง
