เงื่อนไข:
1. กรณีทาง Agent ทราบค่าธรรมเนียมและเงื่อนไขแล้ว ทาง GM จะตรวจสอบและดำเนินการทำรีฟันให้ทันที โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทาง Agent ยืนยันการทำรีฟันอีก
2. แต่ในกรณีที่ไม่ถูกต้องจะต้องทำการแย้งกลับไป และรอลูกค้ายืนยันกลับมาจึงจะดำเนินการทำรีฟัน
*กรณี Void ไม่สามารถยกเลิกเองผ่านระบบได้
Conditions:
1. In the case agents know the refund fees and conditions already, GM will recheck and proceed to refund without asking for your confirmation again.
2. In the case GM recheck your given information and it is incorrect; we will inform you and ask for your confirmation before proceeding.
*In case of Void, agents cannot issue void tickets yourself via the system.

- ตั้งค่า Default Email Program ในเครื่อง เพื่อสะดวกในการเปิด Email Template
- กด Open Email Template
- ใน Subject Line > ใส่ PNR แทน ?
- กรอกข้อมูล Mandatory
- กรอกข้อมูล Optional ถ้าต้องการ
- กดส่ง

- In Subject Line > Input PNR instead of ?
