Application นี้สามารถใช้งานผ่าน GM Online Admin User เท่านั้น ( ลงท้ายด้วย -01) 

แสดงข้อมูล ดังนี้

1. Account Information  แสดงรายละเอียดบริษัทลูกค้า และหากต้องการแจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริษัทของท่าน        Edit Company Information เมื่อต้องการอัปเดตรายละเอียดบริษัท เช่น

    • ที่อยู่บริษัท
    • รายละเอียด GDS/IATA
    • รายละเอียดการติดต่อ
    • รายละเอียดบัญชี เพื่อรับเงินรีฟันด์คืน
    • ขอ Funds Withdrawal
    • เปลี่ยน Refund Options เป็น Refund to Credit หรือ Refund to Bank
    • ขอ GM Credit
    • เปิด Open Branch

2. Contact Information สามารถตั้งค่า Email Notifications ว่าให้ Sub-user ไหนรับอีเมลอะไรบ้าง รายละเอียดอีเมลที่ GM ส่งออกจาก info@gmtour.com มีดังนี้

    • Billing Invoice - รายละเอียดบิลของรอบ เพื่อแจ้งรายละเอียดเรียกเก็บเงิน
    • Due Date - รายละเอียดบิลที่ยังไม่ได้ชำระเงิน และถึง Due Date แล้ว
    • Late Payment - รายละเอียดบิลที่ยังไม่ได้ชำระเงิน และเลย Due Date
    • Low Available Balance - เมื่อวงเงินคงเหลือของลูกค้าเหลือน้อย
    • Refunds Credited - รีฟันด์ของลูกค้า ดำเนินการเรียบร้อยแล้ว

** แต่ละหัวข้อต้องระบุอีเมลอย่างน้อย 1 อีเมล

3. Agent IBE  เป็นระบบที่เราช่วยให้ลูกค้าสามารถแชร์หน้า Reserve Flights ให้กับผู้โดยสาร เพื่อให้ผู้โดยสารและลูกค้าองค์กรของลูกค้า สามารถ:

    • ค้นหา flights เอง
    • เช็คราคาเบื้องต้น
    • ดู flight conditions เองได้

ผู้โดยสารสามารถ:

    • เลือก flight ที่ต้องการ
    • กรอกข้อมูลผู้โดยสาร และ
    • กด Request Booking

ระบบจะส่งอีเมลพร้อมรายละเอียดทั้งหมดไปหาอีเมลที่ลูกค้ากำหนดไว้ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าตรวจสอบ fare, ยืนยันรายละเอียดก่อนออกตั๋ว

4. Manage Users สามารถตั้งค่าให้ Sub-User เช่น  การเพิ่ม แก้ไข Sub-User และ การกำหนดสิทธิการใช้งาน Application ต่าง ๆ

1. Account Information Details of the customer company. And if you want to change information about your company, Edit Company Information available here when needed

    • Company Address
    • GDS/IATA information
    • Contact information
    • Bank information - to receive refund
    • Funds Withdrawal Request
    • Change Refund Options toRefund to Credit or Refund to Bank
    • GM Credit Request
    • Open Branch Request

2. Contact Information Can set up which sub-user to receive which email from GM. The following emails are sent from info@gmtour.com

    • Billing Invoice - consolidated information of your current bill payments
    • Due Date - unpaid payments that has reached the Due Date
    • Late Payment - unpaid payments that has passed the Due Date
    • Low Available Balance
    • Refunds Credited - notification that your refund has been processed

** Each subject must include at least one email address

3. Agent IBE is the start of our support system to you. This engine enables you to share the Reserve Flights page to your passengers. Thus, your passengers will be able to:

    • Search flights
    • Check basic pricing
    • Check basic flight conditions

The passengers will:

    • Select their chosen flight
    • Input passenger information
    • Click Request Booking

The system will send you an email of the passenger's selected fare and information, where you can check the fare conditions and confirm the details with the passenger before making a booking and issue ticket.
